Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

The buyer has 7 days to notify us of any defects in the materials. If it is determined that product was damaged in delivery or product defects, HAI will pay for the shipping and return the items at no cost.

Missed shipments orders will be replaced with the correct product at no cost to customer as long as the original product is returned in good condition.

Any customer who does not like a product will receive a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Healing Art Images in good condition within 7 business days.

Wholesale orders can exchange non- selling products within 90 days.

Good condition means that the product can be resold.
